How our fully managed service works:
- Elite Vending will refill, clean and maintain the coffee vending machines as required.
- Elite Vending will handle all the technical maintenance.
- Elite Vending’s support number is clearly displayed on all our vending machines.
- Elite Vending will handle all customer complaints and ensure down-times are minimized.
- In the event of any major repairs, a replacement machine will be provided within 24 hours.
- The Vending machines can be setup as Free Vend, Token Vend or Cash Vend depending on your requirements.
- You will be billed according to the setup you select, see Free Vend, Token Vend & Cash Vend below.
Free Vend
- The Machine will dispense free hot beverages to your staff or customers.
- Elite Vending will charge you for the number of cups consumed.
Token Vend
- The Machine will dispense a hot beverage if a token is deposited.
- You order the tokens from Elite Vending and issue the tokens to your staff or customers as per your requirements.
Cash Vend
- The Machine will dispense a hot beverage if the correct amount of cash coins are deposited.
- You may be charged a rental fee if the cups consumed are less than the agreed upon minimum quantity.
